Purpose and scope

The project turns everyday, emotionally noisy situations into shorter paths for reflection: name what is happening, notice a useful pattern, and choose one possible next step. Pages are written to inform and orient, without presenting the library as a clinical service or a substitute for a reader’s own judgment.

How a guide is prepared

We begin with the situation a reader is likely to describe in their own words. The guide is then organized around one central idea, a concrete example, an optional reflective practice, and a limited set of related reading. Repeated ideas are consolidated so that a new search phrase does not automatically become a new, near-duplicate page.

What we review

Before a substantive update, we check the page for plain language, internal consistency, readable structure, working navigation, mobile usability, and agreement between the visible copy and its search metadata. Factual statements should be supportable; uncertainty should not be disguised as certainty.

Sources and attribution

When a page relies on a specific factual claim, framework, or outside publication, the source should be identifiable near the relevant material or in a references section. We do not add credentials, reviewers, affiliations, testimonials, or endorsements unless they can be verified.

Corrections and reader feedback

We review actionable reports about factual errors, unclear language, broken routes, accessibility problems, and mismatched recommendations. Please include the page URL, the passage or interaction concerned, and a short explanation. Confirmed issues are corrected in the relevant page; broader suggestions may inform a later editorial revision.

Every useful report is considered, but a suggestion is not automatically accepted. The final change must remain accurate, understandable, and consistent with the purpose of the project.

Publication record

Dates on the site describe the verifiable working edition. We do not backdate pages to imply a longer publishing history. “Last reviewed” changes only when the content or its editorial presentation changes substantially.

   Guide library prepared

   The first structured guide and topic library was assembled for the working site edition.

2. July 30, 2026

   Working site edition assembled

   Search, topic routes, guided check-ins, and the reading interface were brought together in one public-facing experience.

3. August 2, 2026

   Editorial record made visible

   Publication dates, revision dates, editorial standards, and the correction process were added to the reader-facing site.
